The outer handle is used to&nbsp;<strong>rotate or stretch<\/strong>&nbsp;the star. It may not look like it has changed anything. Shape Starters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We want to draw a complicated shape. Let\u2019s try with a heart. We can start by using a basic polygon. Complex Shapes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have a star polygon with changed options and it barely looks like a polygon.
